I am into gym not quite long ago. And what I have learnt from it is 'consistency.' Building that desired body structure, and muscles requires that you keep doing the same thing repetitively (if not everyday, at least, often or frequently). In business-life, this pattern goes the same way.

Continuous action + Consistency = Results!

Very insightful parallels between Gym-life and business-life. On the wall of my gym they write "You can't fake strong"... it's a binary state of being, like in business. The most mundane things can make the biggest difference (as do many repetitions!)
